Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for the following:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged or faulty products
- Unopened and unused products (within 14 days of delivery)
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any opened consumable products, including hemp oils, edibles, or any items that have been tampered with.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email our customer support team at Support@weedinaustralia.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- Clear photo evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item(s). Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
